Job Summary: The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role is ideal for candidates with 0 to 5 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Management: Supervise daily construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, plans, and safety regulations.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure that construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Coordination: Liaise with architects, contractors, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any site-related issues.
• Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities, including progress reports, material usage, and any deviations from the original plan.
• Resource Management: Oversee the allocation and utilization of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient project execution.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety measures on-site to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
• Problem Solving: Identify and address any construction challenges or delays promptly, proposing solutions to keep the project on track.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in a construction or civil engineering role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively under pressure.
