Job Summary: The Account Assistant will support the finance department by handling various accounting tasks, including processing transactions, maintaining financial records, and assisting with financial reporting. This role is ideal for individuals with 0 to 3 years of experience who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Processing: Assist in processing and recording daily financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
  • Invoice Management: Help manage invoicing processes, including generating and sending invoices to clients and following up on overdue payments.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations to ensure that all transactions are accurately reflected in the company’s accounts.
  • Expense Tracking: Monitor and record business expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
